In the U.S., fans of the neo-post goth rockers Editors are still reeling from the band's successful 2007 summer tour and the release of the critically-acclaimed CD An End Has a Start.

On the last leg of the Editors' extensive North American tour, the band did not show the wear and tear that months on the road playing gigs, doing interviews, attending functions, etc. can do to a band.

In fact, they were in top form during their sold out show on September 20, 2007 at the historic Fillmore in San Francisco. No wonder they have been so quickly dubbed one of the best bands to ever come out of the U.K. Hopefully, they'll catch on in the U.S. but Editors' fan base is by no question much bigger in the U.K. and Europe.

After their blazing San Francisco gig, the band rested up in the city for the weekend before heading off to Los Angeles for their final show in the U.S.

But the break was brief, especially considering the band has been on tour almost constantly since their huge splash on to the music scene in the U.K. in 2005.

Editors kicked-off their third concert tour of shows for the year last week at The Academy in Bristol.

If you get the chance, see Editors live; they love and expound energy with a mix of goth-like darkness and melancholy.
